Q: Which states are available?

Q: How accurate is the information from our Driver license service?
The motor vehicle report comes directly from the Department of Highway Safety
and Motor Vehicles database.
Q: Is the record provided a certified driving record?
This is not a certified copy. In order to obtain a certified driving record you
must contact the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Q: What is on the 3 year and 5+ year driver records?
- Driver license/identification card issuances, exams passed, as well as driver education.
- Guilty convictions for traffic violations that are within 3 or 5+ years of the conviction
date.
- Crash entries, within 3 or 5+ years of the crash date, when a
traffic citation was issued as a direct result of the accident.
- All open suspensions, revocations, cancellations and disqualifications of the driving
privilege.
Q: What if I need to see or re-print one report?
We maintain reports for at least 1 year. You can see or re-print your report free
of charge during that time.
Registered Account FAQs
Q: Is there a limit of users per account?
Unlimited users can be created per account.
Q: Who can create users?
Account administrators can create users. At least one ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT is available
for each account. When a new MVR account is created, an administrator account is
created as well.
Q: How many roles can be assigned to a user at the time it is created?
Users can be assigned an "Administrator or "Basic" role.
Q: Can roles be modified after the user is created?
Yes, Administrators are in full control of account users.
Q: How can a user be deactivated?
Go to the Users Management option and remove the flag "Active"; only an Administrator
will be able to update/change users.
Q: Which other user options are “Administrator controlled”?
Administrators can control whether the user is allowed to see the account transactions,
is allowed to add funds to the account, and order new MVR records.
Q: What if I forgot my password?
Please contact Unisoft Communications for a password reset if you forgot your password
or after receiving the following message: "You have exceeded the number of invalid
login attempts that we allow for your account."
Q: How can funds be added to my account?
You can add funds using an electronic funds transfer from your bank account (if
you have submitted all information required and it has been approved), using your
preferred credit card or sending a check via mail.
Q: Is automatic account funding available?
Automatic funding is available for accounts that are approved for ACH.
At the end of the business day we compare account balances with the minimum balance
established in every account configuration. If the balance is lower than the minimum,
an ACH transaction will be produced and the balance increased in the configured amount.
Q: What happens when an account runs out of funds during the day?
If you are approved for ACH, an ACH transaction will be produced automatically and
your balance increased in the configured amount if the account balance is not sufficient
to cover the requested records.
